Ok slapped wrist from the Alchemist comming. – After 4 days of steeping this smelt so good that I gave in and tried it. Lovely. Completed the three weeks without trying again. The result superb. Oh my word. Thank you. it is sooo much better after the wait and well worth it. All the flavours have blended to perfection. Goes well with a golden Ale.
