I ordered a full mixing kit including a handful of flavours and have to say im impressed by both the service I received from alchemists cupboard and the quality of the mixing ingredients. I followed some advice of tasting a drop of the capella flavourings to gauge potency and flavour and they are both full and realistic. I also sent an email which garnered a response from the MD himself who imparted some of his own mixing knowledge to me, a nice touch. I will definitely reorder from here given that they mix using the products they sell! I only have one small technical niggle..if I order many items at once I have to keep going back through the menus on the website to add the next products to my basket, it does take longer than it should!! 1st class service wins the day though 😉

Big thank you – After repeatedly placing orders with these people I am NEVER let down. after ordering I get nothing but perfection, 99.9% of the time the order is next day the D.I.Y kit and the forum is a god send, and very easy to get in to as well you can custom your own e juice to whatever you like, I started off with the basic kit but every month I place more and more orders building up my collection of really good flavours to mix to my own taste but over all, these people are far better than anywhere I have seen and I am very much a high-street shopaholic Only one down drawback is the web site when you order you got to scroll through the list to add additional items to your baskit but this is really no biggie as I know the level of customer service and the quality of the goods are far beyond my expectation. also when mixing i found that useing a 1.0 mil syringe is easyer then useing any other and this can be got from your local pharmacist if you really ask nicly BUT big thank you people…. will look forward to placing my order with you again soon

Honest Company, Amazing Service, First Class Quality Products – I first found out about The Alchemist Cupboard via YouTube in November 2014, I googled them and decided to contact them and see if someone will actually talk to me or this is just another dodgy site.
