Cactus – Inawera Flavour Concentrate gives a sweet, succulent but delicate taste that is similar to honeydew melon, but more floral. Most reminiscent of a mellow cucumber flavour.
most users prefer to use Cactus Inawera as an ingredient in a DIY mix, where it will enhance most fruits and give a juicy feel to them.

Because the flavours are so strong you can use them, in most cases, with half the amount of a standard concentrate and this can save you money in the long run.
