Never have i steeped a liquid before, albeit i’m new to DIY. I sent an email of complaint regarding the muted flavour, the next day i got a call and after some very helpful advice from the alchemist, i followed his advice and i waited patiently for this juice to steep as they call it. I done this for 3 tedious weeks, but boy was it worth every second! The juice is delicious, the strawberry/cream is the best i have ever tasted in a vape. I would have tipped it down the drain if it wasn’t for that phone call, goes to show the level of dedication and service these guys offer, he knew exactly why and what to do, guess that comes with his years of experience, but my point is- other companies would NOT be bothered to even reply, let alone call up. 5*
