Mixed this solo at 5% and the flavour was terrific, much nice than NYC that i was using before with sweet strawberry. This has much more depth to the flavour and even after 2 weeks it’s still changing, getting more creamy cheesecake as the days go on. Might boost a bit of berry in on the next mix, but loving this new brand so far!
