It's taken us a little longer than we anticipated, but we are pleased to finally announce, that UK mainland customers will now be presented with the option to use DPD for deliveries. This is a next day service based on our current operating hours. As you will know, we dispatch all orders placed Monday - Friday before 2.30pm. This will remain the same for DPD.
As this DPD service is solely a 'Next Day Service' we will not be able to offer free postage for orders over £35, but we will be offering a subsidised price of £1.99, the same as we do for Royal Mail tracked 24 options. With more strike action planned by Royal Mail this week commencing. Please be aware, orders placed with Royal Mail may face delays, while orders with DPD will not! From Wednesday next week, we would encourage you to use DPD as Royal Mail will not collect again until the following Monday.
