We apologise for any inconveniences caused due to the Royal Mail strikes. There have been some inevitable delays in service. This is unfortunately out of our hands, while we appreciate it is frustrating, there is nothing we can do once your order has left us. Sadley, I'm not sure it is going to get much better these next few weeks leading up-to Christmas.
We do now offer DPD, with which we have had only 3 or 4 problems with delays reported to us on DPD, but i expect they are also seeing increased volume, due to the RM strikes.
DPD is very new to us, unfortunately our account manager has been absent this week, so it has been challenging trying to get answers, but we are hoping Monday to iron out a few smaller issues and obtain some conclusive information.
Royal Mail have been very problematic in December months, over the past 10 years for us, adding strikes into the mix,
if you wish to still order via Royal Mail,
please be prepared for delays.
