With Royal Mail taking strike action today Wednesday 30th November & tomorrow Thursday 1st December, there will be no collections or deliveries by them, during this time.

Please do not forget, this can all be avoided by selecting
DPD on checkout.
As DPD are not on strike, there will be no delays in service. Meaning all DPD orders will be collected and delivered during this time.

All Royal Mail selected orders will still be processed by us
but will not be collected until Friday 2nd December
Subsequently, there will be likely delays in service with
Royal Mail as they try to catch up with the backlog.
The Alchemist really would encourage you to use DPD where possible, during the Black Friday event and beyond.
