With Royal Mail taking strike action on Thursday 24th and Friday 25th of November, there will be no collections or deliveries by them, during this time.

Please do not forget, this can all be avoided by selecting
DPD on checkout.
As DPD are not on strike, there will be no delays in service. Meaning all DPD orders will be collected and delivered during this time.

All Royal Mail selected orders will be processed by us but will not be collected until Saturday 26th.They are then on strike again, Wednesday 30th November & Thursday 1st December, meaning any tracked 48's from this week, won't be delivered until at least Friday next week. Which is not acceptable and is why we have introduced the DPD option on store for you.
Subsequently, there will be likely delays in service with Royal Mail as they try to catch up with the backlog.
The Alchemist really would encourage you to use DPD where possible, during the Black Friday event and beyond.
