I am writing to you at this unprecedented time, just to let you know how Nicotine UK are responding to the challenges we are all facing at the present time. 

The health and happiness of our Staff & Customers like you is, as ever, our number one priority.

• We are able to implement the 2 meter rule throughout the workplace.
• All staff now don full PPE, even in the warehouse for packaging orders.
• We have office staff working from home to ensure we can keep the warehouse premises to under 3 staff and remain fully operational throughout all of this.   

Nicotine UK remains open for business. Each day we are monitoring the ever changing situation and will keep you updated throughout. But our aim is clear, while Royal Mail are operational and we have fit and healthy staff.... so are we.
The delivery of parcels and letters is a way of keeping the country together, businesses operating and helping many people who may not have the option to leave their homes. Until you hear otherwise, please presume we are open.   

We are also experiencing a shortage within some products, but are working relentlessly to try to ensure stock is kept high on the most in-demand products during this time.

We have made some changes within our postage options-
We feel that it is more beneficial to offer the quickest service possible at times like these, so Tracked 48 postage option has been replaced with Tracked 24 Postage. This is the only service we are offering for the foreseeable future, but will ensure your order arrives the next day.   

International orders may be subject to some delays over the coming weeks. So please keep this in mind when ordering. Please email us for tracking so you can monitor it's progress.
