Dear Customer

I am writing to you at this unprecedented time, just to let you know how The Alchemist and his team within the Cupboard are responding to the challenges we are all facing at the present time. 

The health and happiness of our Staff & Customers like you is, as ever, our number one priority.

• We are able to implement the 2 meter rule throughout the workplace.
• All staff now don full PPE, even in the warehouse for packaging orders.
• We have office staff working from home to ensure we can keep the warehouse premises to under 3 staff and remain fully operational throughout all of this. 
• Our Shops have all closed down and we only accept delivery's at our warehouse.  

The Alchemists Cupboard remains open for business. Each day we are monitoring the ever changing situation and will keep you updated throughout. But our aim is clear, while Royal Mail are operational and we have fit and healthy staff.... so are we. The delivery of parcels and letters is a way of keeping the country together, businesses operating and helping many people who may not have the option to leave their homes.    

We are adding lots of New Coils & Nicotine Salts to the store over the next few days to ensure we can cater for everyone's needs during this time. We are also experiencing a shortage within some products, but are working relentlessly to try to ensure stock is kept high on the most in-demand products during this time.

We hope you all take every precaution you can to stay safe at this time. Remember your Vape, is a hot-bed for germs. So along with everything else, a daily antibacterial wipe down will help keep this clean. Sharing is NOT caring at this time, so no matter how nice the Vape juice you made is, don't let anyone try it from YOUR tank. It's the little things that could make a big difference to yourself, Your loved ones and beyond.
